Some of you may have noticed that I've been gone (and I gasp with shock as I realize that it's been almost a month at this point.) A thousand apologies if you were waiting. Rest assured that I haven't abandoned my little blog, but some things have been keeping me occupied. My next few posts will be on the topic of those various distractions--children, shows, books, and squirrels*--but for now I just wanted to wave hello and let you know to be on the lookout.
